L&B Restaurants started it’s journey in 2014 by Husband & Wife team, Ben & Lucy Cuthbert. An opportunity that landed at their feet in 2014, The Pullman was their stepping stone!
Lucy is the vision behind the interior & exterior design for the venues (truly talented!), whilst Ben is the all-rounder (you can usually find him working the pizza oven at Luben!)
Tagging along behind Ben & Lucy, you’ll almost always find Bridgette & Lenny, their bright-eyed little ones.
The newest adventure in L&B’s journey was taking on the challenge of the building where The London and Paris Hotel stands. Purchasing the building in 2020, they never imagined the journey that would lie ahead. They persevered through collapsed roofs and crumbling structures to get the building back to its former glory. Take a look around our gallery to see how we have developed the space and watch Lucy’s vision come to life!
L&B has a collection of pubs and restaurants around folkestone. The heart of L&B is the market kitchen; producing an array of items that supply the venues from traditional pies to 32-day aged steak. We care about the products we offer to our guests, and you can often find these for sale in our shop Panataria to enjoy at home.
